This page describes how the site manages the processing of personal data of users who consult it.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing connected to the web services of this site take place at: AGILE SRL (External Manager), with whom a contract is stipulated between OMP and the external manager for data processing. The processing is handled by technical personnel, or by any occasional personnel for maintenance operations in accordance with the obligations of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, confidentiality and security provided for by GDPR 679/2016 and by Legislative Decree 196/2003.
No data from the web service is transferred or conveyed to other External Managers.
Personal data provided by users who submit requests for further information or quotation requests are used exclusively for their purpose and are conveyed to third parties only if this is necessary to satisfy the request.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Is implicit in the Internet communication protocols that some personal data information will be acquired by the software and computers system which run the web site, as part of normal operation in the utilization of this web site.
This data is not collected for the purpose of association to identified data subjects, but they can be identified through processing and association with data held by third parties.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
The use of the so-called session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe browsing and site efficiency.
I c.d. Session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other IT techniques that are potentially prejudicial to the privacy of users’ browsing and do not allow the acquisition of the user’s personal identification data.
OPTIONAL DATA PROVISION
Apart from what was already specified for navigation data, users are free to provide personal data in the contact request form contained in the OMP SNC web site. The same applies in case of further contact with the Office for reminders or information adding.
If this data is not provided it may be impossible to obtain the needed requested information. For the sake of completeness, it should be noted that in some cases (not subject to the ordinary management of this site) the Authority in charge, or the PRIVACY GUARANTOR, may request news and information in accordance to Article 157 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, for the purpose of processing personal data.
In these cases, it should be noted that the response from the administrator of the site is obligatory under penalty of a fine.

Personal data is processed with automated tools for the strictly necessary time that is needed to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
Subjects to whom personal data is referred have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification (Article 15 of the GDPR and Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003).
In accordance to the same articles, data subjects have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or block the processed data if it violates the law, as well as to oppose their processing in any other case.
